About me:
I have lived with an autoimmune disease for almost a decade and have worked with clients for the last six years living with various autoimmune diseases. I have a unique position in the market of health and wellness because I use a foundations-based approach to support my clients. I believe the body has innate wisdom and infinite capacity to heal itself when given the right tools and support.

I will support you in your journey to better health and symptom management every step of the way, with the overarching goal of getting your condition into remission.
